UK mainland orders over £20.00 are sent FREE OF CHARGE

For UK mainland orders totalling less than £20.00 our standard delivery is £3.90

All sent using Royal Mail signed for 2nd class - for added security and your peace of mind. This service excludes Bank Holidays and any other holiday days where Royal Mail would normally not deliver. For more information, please check the Royal Mail website for days they do not deliver.

 We use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service

GENERAL UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed on Saturdays / Sundays or UK holidays will be dispatched within 3 working days (subject to stock availability).

During the Christmas and New Year period, it will take longer to dispatch your order (up to 5 working days).

In the event of delivery not being possible within 7 days of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.

If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you within 2 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Royal Mail estimates that delivery to Europe is normally within 5 to 7 working days, and delivery to the rest of the world is in 7 to 9 working days. However, this is not a guarantee, and during busy periods such as Christmas this may take longer.

We are unable to deliver sugar confectionery to: USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Bahrain, Thailand, Paraguay, Gabon, Nigeria. (This means we are unable to ship to any of these countries.)

RETURNS INFORMATION

We understand that on occasion you may need to return an item. The customer will be responsible for the return postage. Due to the nature of the products we sell, items cannot always be returned. Please see the below information on whether you can return an item (this does not affect your statutory rights).

You cannot return an item if…

  • The product has been opened
  • The product has been used

You can return an item if…

  • It has not been opened or used
  • It is in perfect resalable condition
  • It is returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the order
